Subscription count is inconsistent between Resources view and ACR

Repro Steps:

1. Connect to Azure Container Registry, all subscriptions show under ACR.
2. Install Azure Resources extension, unselect all tenants except one, there is only one subscription in Resources view.
3. Navigate to container Registries view and refresh it.
4. Check whether there is only one subscription (the same as the Resources view) under ACR.

Expect:
There is only one subscription (the same as the Resources view) under ACR.

Actual:
All subscriptions show under ACR.

We recently updated the auth/subscriptions package, we should take a look.

There are a couple of ways that this could happen in which it would not be a bug. One is if Resources and Container Tools are signed in to different accounts, which is possible but not likely here. Another is if Resources is hiding some of the subscriptions due to the tenants that are selected in the Accounts & Tenants view.

Ah, I read more closely--all but one tenant was unselected in the Accounts & Tenants view. Currently this is by-design, but we can look into changing it. I'll move this into our triage list. Definitely not a blocker for 2.3.0 release.
