This repository's DBXupdateSVN.bin (v5.0) should be updated to Windows' latest (v7.0)

On an up to date Windows 11 24H2 x64 system, C:\Windows\System32\SecureBootUpdates\DBXUpdateSVN.bin was updated around 2025.07.09 to bump the SVN to 7.0.

Yet, in this repository, DBXUpdate2024.bin is still the 8 months old version with SVN set to 5.0.

So could DBXUpdate2024.bin please be updated to latest.

Also, could Microsoft please ensure that, when the people in charge of the SVN do bump its version, there is some kind of notification or in-house communication happening, so that this repository gets updated at the same time as Windows Updates dispatches the changes?

Note that, it is a bit problematic for people, who are trying to help others secure their systems (which may or may not run Windows, but which could potentially be exploited through vulnerable Windows bootloaders) by tracking the resources from this repository, to not have this repository updated in a timely fashion on SVN updates. I am therefore hoping that this is just a fluke and that future SVN updates will find themselves applied here, without having to be requested by third parties...

It is a bit worrying to see how slow Microsoft is in updating critical files that are part of the Secure Boot trust chain, and that non Windows platforms need to have up-to-date access to...

Can I please ask for the priority of this matter to be raised? From an external standpoint, it should be just a matter of sourcing the existing x86, x64, ARM64 and ARM(?) signed SVN DBX files from Windows Update and add them to this repository, so it's hard for non Microsoft folks to understand what's delaying this update.
