envs like PLAYWRIGHT_MCP_SNAPSHOT_MODE not working, what are those envs' relationship with cli?

for example the PLAYWRIGHT_MCP_SNAPSHOT_MODE(incremental by default), when use playwright-cli click e613, the return stdout for the snapshot file is always the full page snapshot instead of the incremental snapshot, so do the envs take effect for the cli? or are there other ways to do this?

CLI is somewhat opinionated here and is always saving full snapshots to disk. never to the stdout though.
