Adding Kripton container support

If follow-up to #1179, can you add Kripton container support ?

Hey this is not a supported isolation level. Could you let me know what your scenario is here so that we can have the appropriate feature ask tracking with our product teams.

• Run a SMB server in a container
• Test any software that requires installing a device driver (e.g. procmon, which you currently cannot use in hyperv isolation)
• Run any Windows Optional Feature that actually requires a restart (WSB for instance has support for restarting from within the VM). (I say actually because what's mentionned in this is just a workaround that doesn't work in most cases)

and so on. There are many, very nice, use cases ^^
