Cost Summary VS Azure Portal discrepancy

I've been using the FinOps Toolkit for only 2 weeks now and I'm starting with the Power BI dashboards.

I've downloaded the Cost Summary and the very first tab, the very first box, shows February 2025 as 557* in spending

This is very far away from our actual spending that is starting instead with a 6* in:

• Actual Cost CHF
• Amortized Cost in CHF
• Actual Cost USD
• Amortized Cost in USD

The Power BI is using Effective Costs

At the beginning I was thinking that my data were imported incorrectly (as I'm facing many issues with the data import.

But I used the KQL query that you can find here in attach:

finops-hub-dashboard (1).json

and in February 2025 you can see how the total starts with a 6*

So everything is bloody fine.
The data in ADX are fine, they completely match what I see in the Azure Portal
The data in Power BI, connected to ADX don't.

This means that the EffectiveCost in the Power BI is not calculating correctly

This is a bug from the Azure Portal and the Azure Support is assisting.
We can close this.
