Clicking an already focused menu item should remove the focus

Currently, when clicking on a menu item like "File" and clicking on it again, the sub menu stays open. This is in contrast to how menus behave on Windows. There, when clicking on an already open menu, the menu closes again.

I suggest the behaviour in Edit is adjusted correspondingly.
