CREATE script doesn't display indexes with NULLS NOT DISTINCT options

Postgres 15 and above supports NULLS NOT DISTINCT option for indexes.

When attempting to view table's CREATE script, indexes are displayed without them.
PgAdmin4 on the other hand, displays them.

It's hard to trust CREATE scripts as of this moment.
