Unable to import data package #171
Description
I am unable to import a csv file for customer groups. When the job executes, the related import project is not triggered in F&O, nothing happens. I have checked the event viewer on my local machine and nothing appears to be triggering.
When I define a top folder to use I also select use default subfolder names. The appropriate folders are selected however when I enter back into the edit job function, the top folder is not defined and has been removed but the sub folder names remain in the fields.
I have created a .zip package for the template and defined the folder this is to be retrieved from.
The connection is a service authentication
I am also unable to maximize or expand the edit job pop out screen
I am expecting the RIS job to take the file from the input folder and push into F&O but nothing happens and I cannot seem to determine why.
