the sources do not work in new version of powerbi #41

It appears that there needs to be updates on the codes. for instnace I have to change you code on declaration of svg to
let svg = this.svg = d3.select<SVGElement, any>(options.element as any)
and add as any to all the attrs. Can you guys kindly clarify and update us on that?
