Describe the bug
Not really bugs - just anomalies that might need documenting.

When building an app using the documented quick-start the app will get the annoying default publisher prefix.

If you add the app to a solution and promote via a DevOps pipeline using a service account (best practice) - the solution is owned by the service account in your downstream environment and there are no sharing options for the app in the maker portal (this is inconsistent behaviour - model driven apps can be shared). Workaround is to share via the Admin Portal, where the expected sharing options are enabled.

When you share a code app the system generated email tells the user you shared a canvas app!
