How to turn off "This file doesn't require review."

Is there a way to turn off the automated comments for "This file doesn't require review." ?

I've excluded a folder that contains nothing but generated code, a recent change meant ~300 generated files changed and now we have a PR decorated with 300 pointless comments 😆

We're using Azure DevOps and our pipeline task looks a bit like this:
