Stuck at CSV and Individual PFX files

Hello,

I'm new to the certificate topic.
I build the release folder and Copied to my ADCS.
I ran the command but stuck at Import.

I finished great to this Step --> Set-IntuneAuthenticationToken -AdminUserName "admin@contoso.com"

Then the PFX files in target folder? So I have to export all the pfx first in folder? Correct?
Also the code shows single user UPN, How should I do it with multiple users?

Looking forward to hearing the answers or any reference.
