Import-IntuneUserPfxCertificate : The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request

Hello,

I am struggling with importing PFX certificate to intune. I have setup connector and done all steps as described here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/certificates-imported-pfx-configure#to-create-the-encryption-key-using-windows-cryptography

the following step: "Import-IntuneUserPfxCertificate -CertificateList $userPFXObject" Always fails with 400 Error.

Any idea what's wrong?
