I'm still getting this error even though I have added the API key to the sample app and the location is right. Thanks

In the resource subscription_apiroot you need to sub in the actual API endpoint.

Also can you explain the difference between the analyze and describe image. What is the difference between each two?

/analyze?visualFeatures=Description is essentially the same as /describe. The analyze endpoint allows you to process other visual features (list), even simultaneously if you prefer (for instance, faces).
