UWP and WPF appservices

I am trying to follow the steps in this post:

When I start the solution, I am getting the following error:

Attached is the Migration Report it generated
UpgradeLog.zip
I am able to build Microsoft.Knowzy.WPF, but I am unable to build Microsoft.Knowzy.Debug. It would display incompatible.

Was able to resolve the issue by adding Desktop Bridge Debugging Project. But, I can't get Desktop Bridge Debugging Project to install on Visual Studio 2019.

@krulci Try replacing the Desktop Bridge Debugging Project with the Packaging Project that comes with Visual Studio 2019
