DeprecationWarning for url.parse() (Yarn warning)

Describe the bug
Noticed this today when building the UI nothing is broken but just logging an issue to keep track of it

(node:126370) [DEP0169] DeprecationWarning: url.parse() behavior is not standardized and prone to errors that have security implications. Use the WHATWG URL API instead. CVEs are not issued for url.parse() vulnerabilities.

Steps to reproduce

1. run make build-and-deploy-ui and observe the warning

Azure TRE release version (e.g. v0.14.0 or main):

Deployed Azure TRE components - click the (i) in the UI:

0.8.19

0.25.4
