Bug Description

When increasing the zoom level (e.g., using Ctrl +) in Storage Explorer, under the “High Contrast - Black” or “High Contrast - White” theme, the third option in the “Help and Feedback” dialog appears incomplete.

This issue reproduces only after a single zoom-in action.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Storage Explorer -> Switch the theme to 'High Contrast - Black'.
2. Press Ctrl+= to zoom in.
3. Click 'Help and Feedback' button.
4. Check whether the border of the 'Help us improve' option is complete.
