E2EsTest: KeyBased authentication is disabled for LLM on Foundary #223
Description
E2Es are failing because key based authentication has been disabled for internal resources. We would need to find another approach to get llm models(another reason can be that 4oMini is disabled).
Cc: @sellakumaran and Team please address this when you get a chance. I'm moving the E2Es to disable/mon-mandatory state to unblock the PRs now
