Multiple Microsoft GitHub organizations are not verified.

NOTE: This user: https://github.com/microsoftopensource has Microsoft as their organization, but aren't a public member, and they need to do @microsoft (GitHub uses @org and not just org for this!)

This issue is missing a bit of "why"? Why does this matter?

1. Restrict who can and can't publish on domains. GitHub specifies that you can restrict who can and can't publish/claim your domain via GitHub pages.
2. Show authenticity. Big organizations, even docs, learning, edge, azuread, and even the official Microsoft corp account, used for authenticating to a Microsoft account with GitHub don't stand out, or prove authenticity. Several domains, and only 1 Microsoft domain verified.
3. Customize. These are big organizations, some are, some aren't, the Microsoft corp/Microsoft-account x GitHub authentication doesn't stand out, and the organization is improperly tagged. Hard to see if it's real, except checking my account settings where it's connected to Microsoft OAuth.
