Add additional simulation modules for standard simulations

The YAML approach lends itself to be extended to other commonly used simulations.

• This could make ctwrap a useful teaching tool in combustion-related UG classes (albeit probably not with HDF5 output).
• Per a comment by @bryanwweber in Facilitate batch jobs for repetitive calculations Cantera/enhancements#69, there is a possible extension to SENKIN capabilities (e.g. use YAML as an intermediate step in CanSen)
