OpenCVGrabber appears to be broken in newer Micro-Manager builds

I have been trying to use a Celestron 5MP eyepiece camera with my microscope. Micromanager 1.4.20 works with the OpenCVgrabber driver, I get color tiff images. When I try to upgrade the software to MM 2.0.3 however the software crashes, both with Image and Live. The Hardware Configuration Wizard with the OpenCVgrabber Device does recognize the camera, Celestron 5MP Imager and loads but crashes when I try Image or Live. I am running these MM programs on a Windows 11 PC.

If it was the VS2022 upgrade, we might need to upgrade the ancient version of OpenCV we're using.
