Error in python 2 conda notebook

Hi

I tried to install and execute in python 2 conda environment. In notebook, tikz detected but I get error as below.

TypeError: 'encoding' is an invalid keyword argument for this function

Can you kindly check and help

And it works fine in Python 3.x though.
