Speed Slower in FF and Safari Different Than in Chrome

I use chrome (Version 30.0.1599.101), Safari (Version 6.0.5 (7536.30.1)), and FF (24.0).

The speed that I set in Chrome comes out faster than the speed in Safari and FF (these last two are the same).

Having the same problem in firefox, counter is very slow compare to chrome.
