Support DNS-01 challenges for getting a certificate

I'd like the ability to solve the challenge with either an automated or manual TXT record in the DNS for my domains. This will allow for provisioning of valid certificates for internal IP addresses, as well as certificates for wildcard subdomains.

After 5 Years I can happily say that DNS certificates are supported via cloudflare using env variable CLOUDFLARE_API_KEY_KEY*

You can even use multiple cloudflare api-keys.
