[Feature Request]: Remove number of sats from UI #1013

- I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
- I have checked the documentation to verify this feature doesn't already exist
Problem Statement
Number of satellites in view is not a useful metric to display in the apps. It is particularly confusing for users as well, because many perceive it as a proxy for GPS position quality, which it does not represent. This position flag is likely going to be removed from the firmware altogether soon.
Proposed Solution
Remove number of sats from the UI
