Steps to reproduce the bug
- disconnect configured device
- wait till messages arrive
- reconnect configured device
- see messages from same channel appear in multiple channel
Actual behavior
this is not a duplicate of #4011 because they appear in the correct channel but there are multiple instances of the same channel (same id, same name, same psk)
Expected behavior
there should be only one channel per id/name/psk
