Feature or improvement you want

The ability to assign a specific topic to each channel would be very useful. At this point we will have something like whatsapp/telegram groups,

Why should this be added?

Just one example of a use case: Here in Brazil, we have some cities that can be affected by floods. Currently, people lose their connections, cell phones, electricity, and the ability to communicate with others. Last year, it took about 4, 7 days for the electricity to fully return, leaving almost 30% of the southernmost state submerged.

Some people can use bateries, generators, starlink to connect two cities or groups of interest.

People can easily choose a channel to connect to, each channel representing a city or a group of interest. Thus, just one node with an internet connection could replicate messages to another, normly out of range.

An MQTT broker, a LoRa node with channels containing the specific topics (City/Group), and the engaged people can choose which channels they want to listen to or report on.

Off course what we already have, already helps a lot. I'm getting some a few more nodes to strategic deployment
