[Bug] Hat - shared direction for left and down

Description

When mapping in AMS2 noticed the direction stick/hat has shared left and down, at least in GPRO mode.

Steps to Reproduce

Load driver
Set wheel to G Pro for compatibility
Launch AMS2
Define button map

The same is true in RS50 mode, but in utilities like jstest the hat behaves as a pair of axes, not as 4 buttons and does not mix down with left.

rFactor2 uses JOY1 P0U, JOY1 P0D, JOY1 P0L and JOY1P0R so all four directions are covered correctly.
