Reporting a Vulnerability

If you discover a security vulnerability in this library, please report it responsibly.

Do not open a public GitHub issue for security vulnerabilities.

Instead, use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting. This sends a private notification to the maintainers and lets us collaborate on a fix before public disclosure.

Include:

  • Description of the vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Affected versions
  • Any potential mitigations you've identified

Scope

This policy covers the meraki Python package published to PyPI. It does not cover the Meraki Dashboard API itself; for API-level security concerns, contact Cisco Meraki support directly.
