  • Build an XGBoost-based model
  • Normalize TPM values by dividing them by the control values to calculate the effect of the stress. Then, calculate the mean of these normalized values and train a CNN-based model using these means.
  • Use a density plot to visualize the scatter plot for correlations. When showing the plots, inverse normalize the values. Ensure the Y-axis represents the true labels and the X-axis represents the predictions.
  • Make sense for everyone to have an account on the cluster. Since we will need it in the future. You can reach to Thomas Mauermeier if there are any issues regarding this
  • Present the results in slides.
