Needs updated for Latest firmware. Doesn't save settings when closed.

Melon DS for the Switch keeps crashing when closing which means all settings you have are never saved. Seems to be an issue since the latest major update to the Nintendo Switch

If there's a way to fix this or manually edit the config file to have it start with preset settings that would be awesome. I don't know if this is even getting updated but hopefully there is a way to fix this since its such a good emulator for DS games just very annoying every time I start up I have to change all the settings all over again.

Hi! I had to upgrade my switch to the latest version and melonds was crashing for me. So I built it again with the new libnx and now it works :) (it was a pain to do though). If you want I can share the NRO file of the updated melonDS

Yeah I downloaded it and it works. Any issues on it so far on your end? If not you should have it be an official fork or something. Idk how hard it is to update this sort of stuff but It's awesome that its working without crashing everytime it closes. I tested Pokemon Soulsilver and it didn't have issues and saved fine.

Glad it works for now! I thought about reaching out to the people of the official branch, maybe in the future idk.
