update the low level engine docs to make it compatible with linux mint 21.1

Add the following list of package which is needed to be install before compiling the engine
$ sudo apt-get install libxi-dev

sudo apt-get install libxcursor-dev

$ sudo apt-get install libxinerama-dev

sudo apt install libxrandr-dev

install gnu debugger
cmake, g++12
