Add third-party lists of IPCC authors to sources of facts

In order to cross-check and complete the identification of authors, lists provided by institutions (e.g. to acknowledge the co-recipients of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize) can be found, including full names of authors for Assessment Reports were the official source includes only the initial.
