replace bootstrap folder and load mechanism

Use just a normal folder instead, bootstrap wont load files again during startup which makes reloading mappings a pain in the ass

What do you mean with "just use a normal folder"?

I agree though that bootstrap logic should check and pickup any changes in the bootstrap folder on each restart of the engine, not just the first time.

I need to reupload OPTs model and context mappigns on demand without doiung that over the REST API.
Currently i have build an Testtool.
For the future this would be good.
Also OPTs are not cleaned when calling purge.
