support for cycles output (osx) ?

hi.
great plugin.
I am not sure if this is a limitatiion, or i do sg wrong, but i would need to stream from Blender in cycles render view/mode.
now it works in any other setting but cycles. in cycles the ndi output got created but only the overlya graphics - like gizmo, selection outline etc got transferred, not the texture itself, so i dont see any geometry or such.
any info regarding this?

I dont think so.

I am using this approach: https://docs.blender.org/api/master/gpu.html#rendering-the-3d-view-into-a-texture. If this script works with your setup, then the addon should, too.

the mentioned code works with only non-cycles rendering.. also tested on windows...
as i digged a bit deeper, i found that only the realtime engines exposed to the python api, and the cycles one is not (yet?) accessible... so this offscreen pipeline wont work...

for now my only workaround to stream cycles based camera view is the following bit lame solution>
open the camera view in a separate window and capture with OBS - and stream that via NDI
(custom -non regular- camera resolution can be set via custom virtual screen for example, and capturing that)

if anyone has a better idea, let me know :)
