Description
Hello,
The latest release seems not to work at all for me, i tried juggling a couple of blender installers, adding the official Zeal.Spout install and initialize it's settings.
I've had a major PC crash last month so i'm restarting from a fresh Windows 24H2 Install. (the old version of windows i used was a locked 23H2, i still have it on my other computers for testing purpose if needed)
I've used this repo in the past (Between January-March) with a different set of versions of each programs and it worked well. I believe this was just around when NDI support released (i was maybe using the older release of texture-sharing at the time? i don't remember having it in my blender)
Receiving Texture
- Spout simply will not work or even show a Sender, but other software (Resolume, OBS, Spout Panel) will see and display them just fine.
- NDI can detect it's Senders but will not refresh the content (or will refresh a single frame when doing certain actions (such as toggling edit mode, or changing render engines)
Using CUDA and EEVEE or Cycles (CPU/GPU) doesn't change anything, other than forcing a frame refresh occasionally
Sharing Texture
Have not tried this yet but i can provide testing for debugging purpose if needed

Additional Info

I didn't install Python since i didn't need it for my current purpose on this PC, i don't really do software development and most software i use have their built-in python version packed in anyways when they need it. i did however have it installed in the past when this plug-in worked.
-- a quick look in the Appdata folder shown me the python folders and their site-packages to be created, but i think there might be conflicts there -
I didn't install NDITools either, it's a big bunch of bloat, never had a need for it except debugging/testing. i usually uninstall it afterwards and things worked as they used to.

I'm suspecting 24H2 to have a lot of problems for compatibility and features i have used for the past two years, like using Resolume, OBS, Blender, Unity and other software to make audiovisual art and pass signal amongst them. i can provide a different set of software versions between my different PCs to isolate problem.

Ideally it would be good to have all of this run with the latest software versions of everything, but let's say i would not shed a tear if i had to go back to 23H2 to make this work. it would be inconvenient but it would keep things in-line and stable since i can block specific feature updates or major release with Windows Policy editor.
Let me know if there is anything else you need to know or i can help with
