Don't ask name for existent draft

If the player is entering on an existent draft (there's an existent ID on URL), make so the client doesn't ask for a draft name, and enters directly on next screen. The next screen depends if there's already a tournament ongoing. If there isn't, go to player names list screen. If there is a tournament ongoing, go to the tournament table.
