This is probably bug in angular-draggable-droppable
If there is horizontal scroll on the calendar container, the drag and drop doesn't work properly when you scroll to the part that was not initially visible. You can only drag items as far as the initial view on the calendar.
Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
Created short demo from the day view scheduler beacause it was easy to add multiple columns for drag and drop:
