Merge pull request #526 from DanielGoldfarb/master

Assorted cleanup and minor fixes.
- remove some commented out print statements
- fix tzinfo for tlines specifications
- scratchpad notebook example for issue 518: highlighting where moving averages cross.
- mute too-much-data warning in "using lines" tutorial.
