If you check that link - that fork (by wolverine) of this plugin, and it works as well with glpi 10.0.x.

I'm not the developer. But I think your system has a problem, not the code. On my system was problem the php version, I have to fine tune the apache and php version. (Glpi run on php8, this doesn't. It will run php 7.4 as well.)

What version of the plugin do you currently have ? Is it lower than:
'1.4.2.1' ?

Delete the entire old plugin/protocolsmanager directory,
in its place insert the contents of the branch from the link.
to protocolsmanager directory.
