[TimePicker] Too loud error feedback

An error in the time picker input selector is accompanied by a very loud and harsh sound. I don't know what the feedback should actually be, but it definitely shouldn't be like that:

As mentioned in the other ticket, it seems there is an issue on the Pixel side and it's being investigated, FX_KEYPRESS_INVALID should map to a better sound.

Have you tried on a non-Pixel phone, would be interesting to compare.

Almost all the devices I tested do not make an error sound.

P. S. By the way, where did the requirement to play a sound when an error occurs come from? Should one expect sounds when an error occurs in a DatePicker? What about text fields? Or checkboxes?
