Unfortunately Microsoft Knowledge Base website doesn't exist anymore as it has been closed in 2020.
I don't remember exactly what contained that article, except that if you get an error when running the winrm command (the windows one) during setup (error about missing endpoint) then you might want to active the firewall (which is now possibly always enabled?).

Ha, and in this context "the command" is the winrm quickconfig command needed to setup winrm on a windows host as shown in the command extract just above the sentence.
