Pazcal has happily moved from C to C++

Currently (e.g.) the "class" keyword is not highlighted and classes are not properly indented.
Make sure the vim syntax for C++ is used as a base.
If this is not relatively easy (or trivial) to implement, please contact me and we'll figure out how to do it.

@nickie it should be fairly simple to implement. Do we have the Pazcal reference (C++ with a few additions I guess) somewhere to see what the deltas are?
