"Severe threat" cant download cuz its virus?

i tried to download this and it says its a virus and a severe threat, im getting a little sceptical now about this and if i can trust this injector, im new tho to all this "modding" and such so idk, plz help

@AesopCarll its a dll injector it injects into other processes which is the same way malware behaves so antivirus flags it. You know its safe because its open source, very well known and it has like over a thousand stars on github.
