docs: correct outdated gaps — Shadbala + Vimshopaka are DONE

Audit found both "HIGH" gaps were already resolved in code:
- Shadbala: all 8 Kala Bala components present (Masa, Abda, Tribhaga)
- Vimshopaka: 4 weight schemes complete (Shadvarga/Saptvarga/Dashavarga/Shodashavarga)

Engine feature map: 30/30 Code DONE, 0 PARTIAL.
Remaining gaps are YAML provenance + research tasks only.
