Controller ID's Swapped

Hi Martin,
I'm using your module in a Raspberry Pi project. I don't know if you've noticed this issue on any of your systems. At least with my xbox controller, the Left Trigger and Right Joystick Y-axis are swapped. When I press the Left Trigger I get a report of "Control Id = 2, Value = 100" upon releasing the Left Trigger "Value = -100". When using the Right Joystick, pressing Up results in "Control Id = 4, Value = 0" and pressing down results in "Control Id = 4, Value = 100).
Was wondering if you've ever notices this issue. I'm using a wireless Xbox 360 controller linked to a USB wireless receiver plugged into a Raspberry Pi 2.

Changed the pygame axis constants to...
class PyGameAxis():
LTHUMBX = 0
LTHUMBY = 1
RTHUMBX = 3
RTHUMBY = 4
RTRIGGER = 2
LTRIGGER = 5

This results in anticipated behavior and sets the orientation of the joysticks so that +100 is always up or right.
