Bump Gem Version?

I've been swamped recently so have not had chance to properly follow activity in this library.

@CharlesMassry, @marks are the latest changes good to go if we release a new gem version?

We can release it, I've tested it manually, and the api is very different from the previous release

Sorry I've been busy and this went out of my mind. I can push a new version now. Does anyone have any input as var as version number goes? This release has breaking changes, however the gem is still pre 1.0

The general rule of thumb is
Major.Minor.Path

Any time you make breaking api changing you need up the major version, if it's still backwards compatible, then you can up the minor version. Update Patch when you make small changes or bug fixes.

However, since this is pre v1, maybe upping it just in the minor version is good enough.
