`Outgoing.py` not included in Pypi?

Hi,

Installing OctopusAgile via pip installs version 0.0.6, which doesn't include Outgoing.py.

Could you publish a new version?

FYI my workaround is pip install git+https://github.com/markgdev/OctopusAgile.git@master#egg=octopusagile==0.0.6

Hi JrtPec, do you know if this was resolved? Seems Outgoing.py is still not in Pypi.
