"image could not be downloaded" error

Hi,
I have problen using imageCache with dynamic links.
I get following error:

ERROR: XHR error - Image https://appsazshop.ir/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/a6dfa8.jpg could not be downloaded - status: 0
ERROR: Download error source: https://appsazshop.ir/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/a6dfa8.jpg
ERROR: Download error target: /imgcache/8b07d3ec0bc2cc0b8315519255c25e11f13393dd.jpg
ERROR: Download error code: 0
my code:

(item.src is loaded from the server at runtime.)
of course image cache works properly when using static links.
any idea?
