just wondering about CopyOnWritePatch missing windows 7 of the kernel version #10

Hi,
According to the update log the version 1.99.1900.1207 support windows 7 sp1, but in the CopyOnWritePatch.cpp there is no mention to windows 7, does that mean that PatchMiCopyOnWrite() is not needed?
